We answer all support tickets in the same day (Monday-Friday).
Depending on the complexity of your support issue it's usually between a few minutes and 24 hours. When we expect longer delays we will notify you when you file a ticket or reply.
If you have not received any response withing 72 hours, please use the Contact Us page to let us know of the issue. If we determine that there is an objective difficulty in providing support to you over our ticket system we will provide you with support over email, in exception of our support policy.
